Couple's Retreat to Remember
The room we stayed in had a lovely layout, and the courtyard was like a slice of paradise with a beautiful garden, just what we needed after the chaotic city life. We also enjoyed our breakfast chats with other guests, got to share travel tips, and the staff treated us like family.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but it was worth it.

The hotel is small and uniquely designed. My room was second floor with a large patio shared with one other room. The location in Mexico City was perfect to get to the Historic District or the museums. Very safe neighborhood. Good restaurants nearby. Great spa (Hera) across the street that does a fabulous massage. I would recommend and I would go back.
No complaints. My trip was very smoothe, successful.

The staff at reception were extremely helpful and pleasant. I loved the layout of the hotel with its garden and outside areas. It was a very relaxing and safe place to stay in Mexico City, and I liked the fact that it was close to but not in the centre of the action. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was very good for us. We had never been to Mexico City before, so we had to make a guess about where to stay first off. And this was a good choice. Easy area to walk around, and safe day and night. The staff were very very helpful for all of our questions about the city, and even for bus travel out of the city at the end of our stay.
The included breakfast is quite 'simple', but sufficient if you are a light eater in the morning. There is a larger menu that you can purchase from.

Competent staff, lovely gardens, adequate room, convenient location.
Although my reservation indicated that breakfast was included, it is only the continental breakfast that's included, something I wasn't told until check-out when I questioned the extra 180 pesos on the bill.

The price is reasonable. The location is ideal - close to Paseo de la Reforma, the Metro, many restaurants, cafes, banks, museums. The staff is very helpful and provide excellent guidance or suggestions. The hotel is comfortable and has an excellent courtyard. It is a quiet hotel. It attracts intelligent and engaging guests.

Great place to stay and central, safe location. The staff is super nice! Room is very clean and the staff takes pride in their work. I would call this a "mid-level" hotel, not luxury but also not economy bare bones. It met my needs and is a good deal.
Well, my bed was extremely firm and my room was close to the front door, sometimes with noisy guests walking by. Even so, I have to say this is still a great place and I will return.

Staff great, informative. Took care of the one problem we did have there. Location is fabulous for Embassy business.
It was very cold & they have the space heaters to go off every 10 minutes. They would not turn back on without being shut off for about 3 minutes. Very frustrating to begin with, more so in the middle of the night when you just want to go back to sleep. I woke up crying the first day I was so cold. They brought us a 2nd heater the 1st night, same thing. WThey did switch us to a suite the next day with a regular radiator heater that worked well. However, the other type of heater that was in the room, the same as the other 2 malfunctioning ones in the other room, did the same 10 minute performance. So this is something they have done to keep costs down. Not cool. I was seriously freezing.
